L'îlet du Gosier is located around 500 meters off La Datcha beach, in the commune of Le Gosier, on the south coast of Grande-Terre. Easily recognized by its white and red lighthouse, the islet can be reached in just a few minutes by boat. Regular boat shuttles leave from the coast, with trips taking less than 10 minutes. Visitors can also reach the islet by kayak or paddle for a more sporting experience.
